Welcome to Blueprint. Our goal is to start with the best ingredients, prepare them purposefully, and present them attractively in a space that is comfortable and elegant.
Our food is in keeping with the “farm to table” approach. We source our ingredients from sustainable, local and artisanal producers, and our chef, Colin Wright, prepares them simply and with care, allowing their quality to shine. We feel that his approach allows us to present food that is delicious and beautiful, as well as healthy and ecologically sensitive.
We build our drink menu on both time-honored classics and recipes that we have created. We are seeking to explore the potential of our fine spirits in combination with intriguing liqueurs, herbs, spices, fresh juices, and house-made bitters.
We consider Blueprint a work in progress, and we will constantly strive to bring you delicious food and drink to enjoy.

Opening in June, Blueprint will focus on carefully crafted cocktails. We will also offer a selection of fine wines and beer, and seasonal small plates utilizing high quality meats and cheeses, and locally grown specialty produce. We are currently finishing the construction of our bar and patio, where we aim to create a space that is both comfortable and elegant.
